1. About these terms
By using this website or the public demonstration, you agree to these terms. If you enter into a Drove subscription, the signed order form and customer software agreement take priority for that service. You can review the draft Customer Software Agreement before requesting a formal quotation.
2. Website information and pricing
We aim to keep descriptions and indicative prices accurate. Hardware costs, exchange rates, taxes, implementation scope and third-party charges can change. A binding price and scope arise only when both parties accept a written quotation or order form.
3. Public demonstration
The demo account is provided for evaluation. You may view the available demonstration data but must not attempt to bypass access controls, probe infrastructure, interfere with availability, extract data in bulk, introduce harmful code, or use the environment for production work. Demonstration data is illustrative and may be refreshed or removed.
4. Intellectual property
Drove, its interface, code, documentation, branding and website content are protected intellectual property. You may evaluate the service and share ordinary links or brief extracts with attribution. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell or create a competing derivative from protected material except where applicable law expressly permits it.
5. Third-party systems
References to ZIMRA FDMS, Sage Pastel, Belina, Meat Matrix, Android, Zebra and Datamax identify compatible or related systems. Those names belong to their respective owners. Availability and terms of third-party products are controlled by their providers.
6. Availability and liability
The public website and demonstration are provided for evaluation and may be changed or unavailable without notice. To the extent permitted by law, Drove is not liable for decisions made solely from public website or demonstration content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Do not enter real personal, confidential or production information into the public demo.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute in good faith before starting formal proceedings in a Zimbabwean court with jurisdiction.
